Owner and artist, Toby has been tattooing professionally since 1992. Born in New Jersey, he opened his first studio in Salisbury, MD before expanding to New Castle, DE in 2001.

Alongside his thriving tattoo career, Toby delved deep into the fascinating world of tattoo and body piercing history. His extensive knowledge of the art form, coupled with his collection of artifacts and memorabilia, showcases his profound appreciation for the craft's rich heritage. 

Passionate about versatility, Toby finds joy in tattooing across various styles. His favorite styles of tattooing include Japanese, Polynesian/tribal and American Traditional but he's happy to tattoo most styles...just don't ask for it upside down ;)
